This silicone surface treatment agent is specifically designed for surface treatment of silicone double-sided adhesive. It ensures a strong bond between the double-sided adhesive and the silicone. This product is widely used for backing silicone pads, silicone jewelry, etc. It is compatible with various double-sided adhesives, such as 9080 (3M), 9448 (3M), Nitto 5000NS, T4000 (SONY), T4720 (SONY), and TSE4940.

This silicone surface treatment agent is specifically designed to address the weak adhesion caused by the inertness of silicone surfaces. It boasts excellent product compatibility, adapting to various silicone substrates, including foamed, solid, and low-hardness silicones. It has high compatibility with double-sided adhesive tapes from brands like 3M and is widely used in bonding, printing, heat transfer, and painting processes in electronics, automotive, smart wearables, and medical devices, effectively improving production yield and product durability.

Instructions for Use:
1. Clean the surface of the material to be treated, as well as the bonding surfaces, removing dirt, moisture, etc. 

2. Apply the treatment agent to the substrate 1-2 times by brushing or spraying, ensuring even distribution.

3. After cooling for 1-3 minutes, apply double-sided tape, press firmly, and set aside to continue drying.

4. The double-sided tape will reach its tensile strength (i.e., noticeable adhesion) after 2 hours, and its maximum strength will be reached after 24 hours.
